The guitar is a natural music instrument. Playing it is a privilege that I have enjoyed for almost my entire lifetime. In my own art of guitar, I enjoy mostly expressing myself in the form of pure acoustic instrumental music. Also, in recording music... I believe every effort should be made to use real skill in performing music without multi-tracking, or correcting mistakes. That is, recording music in real time, rather than adding to, or touching up after the fact of what has been captured li the recording. Recording music today is often done in segments, or with the use of equipment that allows one to patch up and alter the results of the recording rather than letting the artistic skill of the performer to display itself as it actually is. |
